Enjoy our sumptuous full English and Continental breakfast served in the garden with views to die for. Take a swim in the lagoon pool or soak in the warm jacuzzi. Relax upstairs in the glorious open thatched sitting room where you will find a fully stocked bar, with a fine selection of single malt whiskies for the connoisseur. Then, the day can be full of adventure, with the opportunity to soak in the history of Stellenbosch and the Western Cape: museums, magnificent wine estates and a selection of Championship golf courses, all nearby. Gather on the balcony to watch the magical sunset, while enjoying an aperitif before our chef prepares a home cooked meal. Selection of fine South African wines also available.

  The house is yours to enjoy. Two beautiful lounges, luxuriously appointed with stunning views over the mountains and vineyards. Fireplaces add warmth and cosiness during winter and the open thatched sitting room is the perfect place for gathering before dinner for a drink from the bar.

  WedgeView has become well known for it's fabulous breakfasts.. with the large continental spread of home cooked ham, freshly baked croissants and rolls, not to mention the home made jams it's not surprising! Many people say that the "Wedgie Special" (our fry-up, not for the faint hearted!) is the perfect start to the perfect day!

Accommodation

Awaken, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, in one of our 12 luxurious en-suite bedrooms of which 6 are upstairs and 6 downstairs, or indulge the family in our luxury suite. Each of the up-stairs rooms has got a private balcony with stunning views over the Stellenbosch Vineyards and on to the Simonsberg and other Stellenbosch Mountains. All the downstair rooms have got private patios where you can enjoy the views while sipping on a good glass of wine from our winelist.

Guests who need to stay in touch with the outside world have access to WIRELESS INTERNET connectivity in all rooms and surrounding area's. We have 5 Hot Spots to accommodate this.
