Our tranquil and peaceful resort is set on an export citrus farm on the banks of the Clanwilliam Dam - at the foot of the majestic Cederberg Mountains.

Sit back on the stoep with sundowners and enjoy the most spectacular view to be seen.

Surrounded by the orange groves and the dam, this luxury, new and fully equipped cottage, a home away from home, has two bedrooms (mes) and everything you need, incl. DSTV facilities and a laundry room with an automatic washing machine.

It also has its own private garden with a built-in braai.

This is for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of the city life, and enjoy the country feeling and hospitality.

We offer boats and canoes, incl. a competition skiing boat with instructor to hire.

We also offer local pleasure flights.

Clanwilliam has a vast variety of activities and attractions, these include beautiful, challenging trails through the Cederburg Mountains, for mountain biking and hiking. If you prefer the tranquility of the dam, why not try skiing or fishing in the idyllic surrounds? The bird watching, rock art and indigenous flowers of this region are always a great memory to take home with you. Pilots have the option of arriving in style as the property includes a 580m landing strip. Prior permission required for landing.

Facilities

Citrus Cotage:

Relax on your veranda with a soothing sundowner, while enjoying the vibrant, breathtaking views all around you. Recline on an African hillock, where the surrounding orange groves overlook the dam.

Indulge in the comfort of this self catering cottage, your luxury home away from home. It has two furnished bedrooms (main-en-suite) that sleeps 4-6 people, two bathrooms, a stunning kitchen with a laundry room, and television facilities that come equipped with DSTV. Truly the makings of a holiday where you can unwind and rediscover yourself.

 Wooden Cabins:

Open space and a wooden cabin right on the water's edge, what more could you want? Like the cottages, these little gems are self catered and fully furnished. There are four cabins - two of them sleep 2 each, the other two sleeps 4; and they have separate bathroom facilities.

Each unit has its own small kitchenette, outside braai area and parking. Towels are not available in these units, though bedding is provided.
